SHIPPING

Our team will notify you by e-mail when your rug is about to be shipped. If you like, we will send a photo of finished orders for color etc. approval. Your order will be shipped directly to you from our factory in Nepal, usually via express courier service and other reliable freight agents. We will email you the tracking number at the time of shipment so you could track your shipment.

DELIVERY

To send consignment by Air, it takes about 7 days to reach at the final Airport and the goods should be cleared from the airport. This is applicable for all over Europe, America and Asia. If we use one of the many international courier services, the shipment will be home delivered.

FREIGHT

Freight can be prepaid or to collect. It depends upon your preference. The freight charge would be determined on the basis of weight or size of the order.

INSURANCE OF SHIPMENT

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we guarantee all of our products meet your expectation. All the products will be dispatched only after the individual inspection of the product from our Quality Control Team. For the damage on board, we suggest our Importers and customers to do the insurance of the shipment.

PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESS

Your order will be processed once your advance amount has been deposited. Please feel free to contact us for further question about how to order.

Our team provides a weekly report on development of every rug order. You can see in what process the proper rug is. If you and your customers like, we can also send pictures of the latest status of rug.
